CONDITIONS OF FUNDING
Equipment, or any artefact whatsoever, purchased, financed, or loaned by the Fund for use by a group, organisation, or individual, shall remain, at all times, the property of the local community – as represented by the Jim Laker Fund – and may not be sold, transferred, or scrapped without due authority.
All such items are to be returned to the custody of the Fund committee, or shall be repossessed by it, if any of the following applies:
1/. They become surplus to requirements.
2/. They are held by a group or organisation that is in the process of being wound up.
3/. They are being used, or applied, improperly while on loan.
In the latter event, a minimum of three Fund committee members must agree a case of ‘improper use’.
The loaned items are not to be stored beyond the area of the 10Parishes except by special dispensation approved by the committee and given in writing.
The Jim Laker Fund (JLF) may ask for your group or organisation to display the JLF logo on your JLF funded artefact.
Proof of purchase may be required.
